Go to the start menu > run > type in cmd and click ok > in the black window (command line window) type in ipconfig /flushdns
Press the enter key.
Close the window. Clear the web browser cache. Close the web browser and try to access the site.
Mac OS X 10.5, Mac OS X 10.6, or OS X 10.7 Lion
Clear DNS cache in Mac OSX, we can do it with the help of Terminal.
Go to application folder > Utilities > Terminal
- type in terminal: dscacheutil -flushcache
- Press the enter or return key
Flush your DNS Cache in Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger
- type in terminal: lookupd -flushcache
- Press the enter or return key
