I have tried multiple times, but I still can not log in. What should I do?
Often we inadvertently end up adding an invisible extra space at the beginning or end of our usernames and/or passwords, especially if we are copy-pasting them. Therefore, please double check to make sure there are no extra spaces added to your username or password. Additionally, please make sure your caps locks key is not engaged.
If you are receiving an error message on the screen indicating that you have exceeded the maximum allowed login attempts you have to clear the cache on your browser and start again.
If you are still having trouble with logging in, try resetting your password (see What do I do if I forget my username or password?).
