This article covers how to manually enrol students in a course.
login > enter the course
form the administration block > course administration > click users > click enrolled users

Once the page loads...
Click the button "Enrol users" button

A popup window should appear.

Make sure "Assign roles" is set to student > click "Enrolment options" set starting from and enrolment duration > click the enrol button beside the users name > click finish enrolling users

How to check the enrollment Methods used in the course
To see what enrollment methods are used in a course please see the examples below. Note that the enrollment methods available within a course are dependent on what is enabled at the site level by an administrator.
Examples
The default settings for the manual enrollment method can be check by doing
- Enter a course > from the administration block > course administration > users > enrollment methods
On the page that loads the area shows the enrollment methods enabled in a course and also provides a drop down for adding new enrollment methods to a course.
OR - Next click the editing icon for manual enrollment > the settings page should load > check settings as needed
To see the self-enrollment settings for a course follow these steps.
- Enter a course > from the administration block > course administration > users > enrollment methods
This area shows the enrollment methods enabled in a course and also provides a drop down for adding new enrollment methods to a course. - Next click the editing icon for self-enrollment > the settings page should load > check settings as needed
