Visibility Settings for Courses, Programs and Certifications
A site can use either normal visibility or audience-based visibility for its courses, programs, and certifications. Each learning item has a visible setting that can be configured as per the training requirement.
Note that if a category's visibility is turned off, all the courses, programs, certifications, and sub-categories contained in it will also be marked hidden. When a category is made visible again, programs and certifications will be unhidden, while courses and subcategories will return to their previous state.
