Archive course completion records

The Completions archive feature allows you to store course completions and reset them whenever required so that enrolled users can retake a course. To archive the course completion records, follow these simple steps: 

1. Go to Course administration and select Completions archive.
2. After clicking on Completions archive, you will be asked to confirm your choice. You will also receive an alert indicating the number of users who will be affected by this change, i.e., how many users will have their course completion records reset.

Please note that courses that are a part of a program or certification cannot be manually archived. This is done to avoid unexpected results.
